농식품부는 17년*부터 「글로벌 공적개발원조(ODA) 포럼」 및
「아시아 ODA 라운드테이블 컨퍼런스」를 통해
국제농업개발협력분야의 국제사회 동향 파악 및
수요중심의 효과적 사업발굴을 위한 기반 마련
※‘17-’19년, 「글로벌 ODA 포럼」 및 「ODA 라운드 테이블 컨퍼런스」각 3회 개최

한국 농림축산식품부는 우리나라 농업·농촌개발 경험을 개도국에 전수하여 지속가능한 농업발전에 기여하기 위해
다양한 형태의 국제농업개발협력사업을 추진하고 있습니다.

- 01 기획협력사업: 중장기(3-5년)에 걸쳐 농업인프라, 기자재 제공, 운영교육 및 역량 강화 등을 지원하는 프로젝트성 사업
- 02 개도국 농정컨설팅(KAPEX)사업: 개발도상국과 함께 대상 분야에 대한 공동조사, 초청연수, 워크숍 등을 시행하여 신규 ODA 프로젝트 사업을 발굴하는 농정컨설팅 사업
- 03 다자성양자사업: 국제기구와 함께 개도국 농업기술 지도, 유통구조 개선 등을 지원하는 사업

- 농림분야 ODA 유관기관 사업 연계 및 협력 강화를 위한 글로벌농림협력협의회 구성 및 운영

- 개도국 식량안보를 위한 우리나라 농정성과 확산사업(KAPEX) 신설

- 글로벌 ODA 파트너십 포럼개최 (포럼,라운드테이블 통합. 11월), 해외진출기업협의회 개최(8월), 코로나상황 oda 추진방향 개선 모색

- 국조실 ODA 평가 전기관(42개) 중 3위 획득, AFSIS(식량안보정보시스템 구축)사업 OECD 혁신우수사례선정(10월), 해외진출기업협의회 개최(8월)
Background of ODA Promotion
MAFRA has held the
「Global Official Development Assistance (ODA) Forum」 and 「Asia ODA Roundtable Conference」 from 2017*
to identify trends in the international community in the field
of international agricultural development cooperation
and lay the foundation for effective demand-oriented business discovery.

and the 「ODA Roundtable Conference」 in 2017-2019.

MAFRA’s ODA Projects
MAFRA of the Republic of Korea is promoting various forms of ODA projects in order to contribute to sustainable agricultural development by transferring Korea’s experience in agricultural and rural development.
- 01 Planning and Cooperation Project: The Project provides supports by providing agricultural infrastructure and equipment, management training and capacity building programs for a mid and long-term period of three to five years.
- 02 KAPEX Program for Partner Countries: The Korea Agricultural Policy Experiences for Food Security program is an agricultural policy consulting program that provides joint inspection, invitational training and workshops to identify new ODA projects
- 03 Multi-Bilateral Projects: In cooperation with international organizations, the projects provide supports such as providing agricultural technical guidance and improving distribution system.
Progress of MAFRA’s ODA Projects
- 2011
- Established and started operation of the Global Agricultural and Forestry Cooperation Council to strengthen project connectivity and cooperation of agricultural ODA related agencies
- 2012
- Reorganized projects to mid and long-term planning and cooperation projects as well as cooperation projects with international organizations
- 2013
- Newly established the Korea Agricultural Policy Experiences for Food Security (KAPEX) Program for partner countries
- 2014
- Reinforced projects by preparing systematic measures for ODA cooperation and internal assessment guidance
- 2015
- Implemented public-private partnership ODA projects for private enterprises to enter overseas markets
- 2017
- Carried out on-site inspection for the ODA projects and hosted an international conference with international organizations and seven Asian partner countries
- 2018
- Identified public-private partnership projects by hosting Overseas Business Council, and hosted an international conference with international organizations and seven Asian partner countries
- 2019
- Hosted ODA Forum(May), Roundtable(November) Set direction for mid-to-long term international agricultural cooperation(’19~’21) Hosted the Overseas Business Council(August)
- 2020
- Hosted Global ODA Partnership Forum (Forum, Roundtable combined, November) Hosted the Overseas Business Council(August) Searching for improvement in the direction of ODA promotion in the COVID-19 situation
- 2021
- Ranked 3rd place among all institution in ODA evaluation by Prime Minister’s Secretariat AFSIS(ASEAN Food Security Information System) project was selected as the best innovative case(October) Hosted the Overseas Business Council(August)
